- The real estate agency that operates the apartment has a contract with Juntendo University, allowing Juntendo University students to receive a discount.
- The real estate agency is able to provide assistance in English and Chinese.
- The real estate agency begins accepting inquires for students who want to enter the apartment in April, in the September of the preceding year. The apartment tends to fill up by around December.

Rooms include: unit shower, toilet, air conditioner, bed, electric stove, mattress, refrigerator, internet (LAN port and wi-fi), table, and chair.
Facilities include: coin washer and dryers, bicycle parking lot, surveillance cameras, auto-locking main entrance, and parcel delivery boxes.
The dormitory does not have a cafeteria.
Residents may stay in the dormitory during holidays.
